With over a decade of dedicated service, Brittany has forged a distinguished career in the fire service, commencing her journey in 2010 at Peters Township Volunteer Fire Department in Washington County, PA. Her commitment to excellence led her to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Fire Science from New Jersey City University, enriching her expertise with a solid academic foundation. Brittany's passion for professional development is evident in her active participation in numerous firefighter challenges across the nation, continually honing her skills and resilience in demanding environments.


Recently, Brittany achieved a significant milestone by completing the prestigious Georgia Smoke Divers Course, a rigorous program historically undertaken by a select few, particularly notable considering the underrepresentation of women in such endeavors. Her accomplishment reflects her unwavering dedication and capacity for surpassing formidable challenges.


In 2016, Brittany transitioned to the Wheeling Fire Department, where she currently serves as Fire Engineer on Rescue 1. In this pivotal role, she exemplifies leadership, technical proficiency, and a steadfast commitment to ensuring public safety. Brittany's extensive experience, coupled with her ongoing pursuit of excellence, renders her an invaluable asset to the firefighting community.
